Graeme Smith, AB de Villiers and Ashwell Prince scored half-centuries to help South Africa move into a first-innings lead over the West Indies on day two of the third and final Test in Barbados.
In reply to the home side's score of 231, registered on the opening day, South Africa closed on 285 for six with Ashwell Prince unbeaten on 55.
